The learning curve will present challenges in that, employees will maintain the need to refer to the old system to proceed with business as usual. Possible struggles presented by the learning-curve are expected from several employees. Some will adjust more than others, but the main challenge is in the adaptation or orientation phase. Technologically, since the system is equipped with back up software, it should eventually eliminate the need for hard copy records and files. This will save time in the long run, which should encourage most employees despite their initial frustration with the management system change.
As they become more emotionally secure they are likely to become more actively involved with play or learning activities. By building on this and forming a strong, professional relationship the displaying of unwanted behaviours are likely to become limited, this enabling teaching professionals to recognise and meet their needs. Planning of activities and learning goals will be more accurate as teaching professionals understand individual developmental needs. Children's and young peoples language will progress further once they feel secure and confident talking to the Teaching Assistant and teaching professionals. Developing positive relationships with colleagues allows all involved in the child's and young persons learning to work together in sharing information and highlight and resolve any potential issues that may have an impact on their behaviour, emotional or social well being.

They enable us to gain professional development and provide a way to identify good practice. 1.4 Describe how own values, belief systems and experiences may affect working practice Values, belief systems and experiences may affect my working practice because if I treat people differently or force my views and opinions on to people it can cause conflict. Communication Theory Barbara J. Walker HCS/320 7/18/2011 Kristin Thrun INTRODUCTION When working in teams sometimes it can be hard especially when you have one person that doesn’t want to cooperate. It also can be a lot of fun when you get the right kind of people. You may find some people that want to take charge and do all the work instead of working with a team. Then you have the ones that are laid back and don’t care as long as they are working. I enjoy working with a team because you get to meet new people while you are working and it makes the time go by fast.
She soon met two boys named Chase and Brendon. She soon fell into an abuse relationship with Brendon but wouldn’t leave because of her passionate love for Crank. This model believes that whatever worked in the past will also work in the present. Collaborative language system resolves problems through conversation so that patients can open up more. These three postmodern therapies will work well with the Quest family because the family will be able to evaluate their thoughts and behavior. Jane and Paul will be able to focus more and evaluate Jason and Luke’s behavior in order to deal with them better. The family will also be able to focus on solutions to their problem.
They provide treatment and support to client and their families to recover from addiction or to modify their disorder. So they can have a more pleasant satisfactory way of life. To be honest after graduation I can see myself doing any type of counseling I personally want to help people become a better them. The ideal counseling for me would be family therapy. Because I believe that even though you help a member of the family the rest of the family are still in a mindset that can eventually be damaging to the person.
Human service professionals can aid in the process of helping the client, but it is ultimately up to the client to decide if they want to help themselves. In helping a client it is always good to listen as the client will tell you what they, are seeking and they will pass along clues that can be used to help the m return to self- help. Many times clients are not comfortable when they bring needs to the human service workers so at that time it is necessary in the helping process to break the ice and make them feel comfortable. Once that happens then the process can begin. Asking correct questions is also part of the helping process, never insinuate or ask questions that may put a client on the defense as this may lead to
In life we may across hurdles holding us back, hypnosis and hypnotherapy are used to control these hurdles or maybe even get rid of them. There will always be doubts and things may never be proven but I quite like the air of mystery that goes along with hypnotism. If it makes people feel better and it changes even the tiniest of problems for someone then what’s the harm? We all strive to make people feel good and to do right by people, to change someone’s day and to make them smile….to maybe even take away a bit of the world that’s on their shoulders. So therefor I cannot think of a better example than the very mysterious and the very talked about
I would say that some of these characteristics that I carry include: a curious and sharp mind, empathy, perceptiveness, humility, and self-reflection. Counselors must be curious about what makes people, groups, and systems do what they do and I am definitely curious about all of that. This trait is important both for learning more about others, as well as doing therapy and staying abreast of the ever evolving, new treatments, that are being created in the psychology field. A Counselor's primary task is to listen to others with empathy, and I enjoy doing just that! I believe that listening to others and being able to put yourself in their shoes in order to understand what they might be feeling is very critical.
