Healthy food Summer is a time of diets for many people who want to lose those kilos they have gained throughout the winter. All diets are not adequate or appropriate to maintain good health. The basis of a successful diet is to eat everything in perspective and the healthiest way possible. So this time I want to highlight three types of food you should not miss in any healthy diet, they are: fruits, vegetables, and fish. Fruit is an important source of vitamins and minerals. It is a food that does not contains fat, and helps us to maintain proper cell function. Therefore, it is necessary daily intake, since it will help us to protect ourselves from external aggressions suffered by cells which are responsible for premature aging. It is also true that the fruit contains carbohydrates, so we do not have to abuse them. It must be consumed in the morning, because it is the time when your metabolism works faster and is easier to consume excess glucose. Like the fruit contain high amounts of vitamins and minerals, which makes this food group on a daily essential in any healthy diet. Vegetables do not add fat either, and help us to maintain proper functioning of the body. This type of food can be eaten at any time, only we must know how to prepare to avoid adding fat. So eat steamed, roasted or raw is the best option. We must not forget the contribution of fiber they give us and help us to keep our body, refined and toxin-free. Fish is one of the best sources of protein available to us. Fish offers very high biological proteins and easily assimilated by the body. This nutrient is needed to maintain muscles and tissues undamaged. But fish not only gives us this nutrient, but we must emphasize its mineral content and low calorie. Alongside this oily fish contains necessary and essential fatty acids for the body like the omega-3 which help us to have a proper heart
