Breathing is vital to relaxation and learning the art is essential to attaining that goal. ▪ Key learning point from the unit about Relaxation Techniques 1: Breathing, Meditation, and Mental Imagery The key to reaching that peaceful space is finding out which application of meditation works for you and sticking with it. Allotting time and commitment to a physical exercise program and relaxation is essential your total health.
