Unfortunately we did not have a good dynamic with at least 1 team member which cause a quite a bit of delay and frustration, but we were able to side step this for the most part and push on with the objectives. Things got really bad one particular week and I am glad it’s over I will have to really do some thinking about how to deal with this if it happens in the real world. 3. What did you learn in completing this project about yourself and how you work in a team environment? I work better with people who are of similar thinking, I think that I lead better than follow, and I know that I prefer to work on things alone.
I started early in the week on working on the courses. I knew I would not succeed doing so, but I fill better trying. I commonly get in arguments with my sister, but they ended fairly quickly. I also did not run into any obstacles so therefore my tranquility was not tested too much. It is really hard for me to contribute to my virtues because of the injury I got from football.
While at excel in some of the areas and struggle in others, I know that they will all contribute to my success. I am only two weeks into my first class at Ottawa University and I can already notice a change in my thinking. I have been looking and thinking about things more critically and evaluating my interactions with my family and coworkers. So, even though the process may not be easy and may even be painful at times, I know that the benefits of a Liberal Arts education will overshadow all of the

My family were religious and I got a bit of stick for this at school which I must admit didn't help but it wasn't the religions fault it was the cruel bigoted kids. But I decided at the age of 16 I wanted to venture into the world without religion and although it caused my family much heartache I left to do the things I wanted to. I want to make clear from the start that I wasn't trying to run away from anything or escape, I was just a teenager who thought he knew what was best. I was extremely fit as a young teenager and I was into weight training and bodybuilding and loved most sport. I managed to get a job straight out of
Instead, it was full of warmth and positive energy. Previously, I had lacked friends not because I couldn't speak English, but because I had built wall around myself with my negative energy and focus on what I could not do. I mean let me tell you in the beginning it was the hardest thing to get them to listen to me because they looked at me as another student not as there teacher. They never respected me and were always acting out of line. By the end of the year we had all gotten use to the situation and were sad to see the school year

I believe that these skills that I have obtained throughout my year of tutoring can gravely benefit me in the full time classroom setting. Over the past year, the AVID Coordinator has been training me in
I hated to do this so as I said before, this teaches that lesson of what’s right and wrong, therefor learning civility. As I got grew up I learned something every year. In first grade I learned that when older people help younger kids out for a whole school year you can really learn a lot. We had 8th grade buddies that were there every morning waiting for us in our classroom to talk to us before the school day started. Our teachers were very old and wise so they knew that this wouldn’t just be a learning experience for the 8th graders but also the 1st.
During my Junior year in high school, I experienced an immense change that reversed my entire perception on why I ran Cross Country as a sport. I was always mediocre at best when it came to running. But in the fall of my Junior year, I realized I could be much more than what I had ever perceived. My coach constantly trained me to my ability everyday, to no avail, or so it seemed. My first couple of races within the season had been tolerable for my standards.
