This will be held securely and processed accurately. In line with the Information Commissioner this information will not be passed to third parties without the employees consent. All data held with be destroyed three years after the last entry date in line with CQC regulations. With regard to Residents information this will be recorded correctly and stored and again will not be passed to third parties with signed consent to do so. No information will be taken off the premises or discussed outside of the home. Records will be destroyed 7 years after the last date of entry in line with CQC regulations. Conflict can lead to poor morale amongst staff and it is important to resolve any issues immediately for all involved. Anti-discriminatory practice The home adheres to the equality act 2010. It promotes equality and diversity and any issues raised will be dealt with swiftly. Pay is set out by the minimum wage act and the contract sets out the homes policies so any deviation or discrimination felt can be raised as a grievance. Health and safety Health and safety posters are displayed in the home, and it is up to the employer and employee to work together to ensure your safety. Risk assessments are made and contracts are in place with external providers to ensure that equipment used in the home is safe to be used. Any issues need to be raised to the management team for resolution. Confidentiality Confidentiality is linked in with data protection, information will not be shared unless consent is given and will be kept safe and secure. Any breach of this information will lead to a disciplinary meeting.
