It is ruthlessly ready without a moment's hesitation to crush beauty and life.” A lot has changed in the money system in the last 10,000 years. Where we use paper money and/or coins, people used to use shells or traded cattle. The cycle in history was simple, if you were a farmer and needed clothing, you gave the seamstress corn or wheat, and the seamstresses then gave it to another person for something he/she needed and so on and so forth. For example, Mr. Vanderbilt lived alone, he didn’t have a wife and he didn’t have any kids, but he did have a 25 bedroom house. He has a $100,000,000 house with millions of dollars in paintings on his wall. His dining room sits 64 but he is the only one there. This is greed, he has no one to share any of his stuff with and yet he has so much (John Stossel, Greed). In addition, Leona Helmslee, a very rich and successful hotel mogul, sued to get her late sons estate and left her grandchildren with less than five hundred dollars each, making her a making her a millionaire. She could have left all her sons estate to his kids, but she only cared about herself and didn’t care if she was being greedy (John Stossel Greed). Furthermore, former Filipino First Lady took tax payers money for herself. These people could barely even pay for stuff they needed and she took it to but lavish parties for herself and friends (John Stossel, Greed). For instance, everyone is born with the seven deadly sins. Of these seven deadly sins greed is the second. Out of all these deadly sins it is believed that greed is the worst; making someone want something that is not needed (White stone Journal). Equally important, for the day a baby is born, they are greedy. They will cry and keep the parents up in the wee hours of the morning because they either want food, or just the attention that a parent can give, thinking only of themselves. Also, doing something even remotely related to something a parent does, it could be believed that you are born with it. If a parent is greedy and a child is too, one might think that is a characteristic that is born within you, with the help of your parents. In brief, it is unchangeable and there is no choice if it is something that someone is born
