According to Talcott Parson’s AGIL paradigm, in order for any social system to persist over time there are four general needs that must be met: adaptation, goal attainment, integration, and latency. Applying this paradigm to Stumptown Coffee Roasters will allow me to predict how they will change and persist over time.
