Batter is the unlawful physical violence on another person without their consent. Assault is a specific intent crime and battery is the commission of the specific intent. To constitute assault one has to commit an overt act from which the inference can be drawn that a violent injury was intended. Aggravated assaults are assaults with the intent to commit another offense like rape or murder. Aggravated assault can mean that assault is committed with the intention of committing an additional crime or something that involves a special circumstance.
While perpetrators of bullying may feel justified in their actions, Article 1 aims to focus more on the interpersonal conflicts that perpetrators face in relation to the situation they find themselves in. The study aims to focus on bridging the gap between individual and situational factors that may encourage an individual to act as a perpetrator, seeing how stressful work environments have long been assumed to create conditions that eventually lead to the bullying within the workforce (Hauge et al., 2009). There are not many studies from the perpetrator’s point of view, simply due to individuals underreporting their behavior, but analyzing a situational dilemma that results in deviant behavior (i.e. bullying) offers insights on what triggers a perpetrator to finally snap. Comparison of Population Each of the three articles depended on self-reported questionnaires in order to understand the phenomenon of workplace

In moderate to severe traumatic brain injury there could be permanent memory loss, trouble with speech and loss of coordination among other visible and invisible symptoms. Since the individual did not have these issues prior to the injury they will most likely have a negative effect at first. Due to the loss of abilities, they may experience mood changes, anger, depression or anxiousness. These internal psychological challenges may also be compounded by the social anxiety they may feel. Unfortunately, the general society is unforgiving toward those with special needs or differences.
Sometimes people feel the defendant has too many rights and has more benefits, which could help them get away with criminal activity. All these points are valid, but they are forgetting about the rights of people and what they stand for. I would think people would want defendants to be punished fairly and not have an opening, where they could possible get their case dropped because of something illegal done on the prosecution or law enforcement
Hypertension and stress go hand in hand; stress has a direct effect on hypertension. Stress is the body’s reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental, and emotional response. Most people give difference answers to what stress really is because it affects their body’s differently. What is stressful for one person may be pleasurable or have little effect on them and we all react to stress differently.
They may become extremely anxious, for example, when speaking in front of groups and may feel confused, be unable to pull their thoughts together, and forget what they had intended to say. This is not schizophrenia. At the same time, people with schizophrenia do not always act abnormally. Indeed, some people with the illness can appear completely normal and be perfectly responsible, even while they experience hallucinations or delusions. An individual's behavior may change over time, becoming bizarre if medication is stopped and returning closer to normal when receiving appropriate treatment.
Disability: The disabled children or young people are more vulnerable compared to others. Because of their vulnerability, the people who abuse, finds it easy to abuse them as they cannot defend themselves easily. There can be many reasons why this factor can lead to abuse. Like, a carer caring for the person who is disabled can get impatient and lash out at the person. Also, if a person (within the family or outside the family of a disabled child or young person) has inappropriate thoughts or sexual addiction, then it might lead to abuse.
• Abuse can happen by accident, where someone doesn’t realise that they are scaring you. Some people abuse others on purpose. • Any abuse is wrong. 2 Who might be at risk of abuse? People 18 and older Some adults might be more at risk of abuse than
(Hallam et al. 2005: 56) Some crimes however are not reported because the victim may be intimidated by the person responsible for the crime, or they may not have faith in the police to pursue the crime if they do report it. Other victims of crime may not report it as they feel that the crime is too minor, or that the police will think it is too minor to pursue. A large amount of sexual crime goes unreported because the victim is either too shocked, afraid or embarrassed. Police can use their discretion as to whether or not an incident is worth reporting, they have to decide if the incident is serious
