As DLC is a recognised education provider with enhanced learning credits it has made it easier and cheaper for me by using my credits. I have chosen to do access to social work because it’s a rewarding career path. As a qualified social worker you would earn a respectable salary. At the moment it’s fair to say I am earning a good amount of money, however I don’t enjoy the work anymore. Studying social work at university you are provided with a student bursary that is non-repayable.
Returning to school has been a dream of mines since I graduated from high school. The different job opportunity and having a better income to support me and my family would make me so happy. Quitting my job of 14 years motivated me to return to school to earn a degree. I want to have a stable and good paying job so that I can save for my son’s college as well. Jobs are hard to find these days, especially when they are seeking a High School diploma or a College degree of some sort.
I have learned to graciously take advantage of the academic assistance Auburn University offers. Supplemental Instruction, SI, has become a Heaven-sent for my history grade. Having a graduate student, who has previously taken and aced the class, review with you is more than helpful. Study Partners is also a resource that I plan on taking full advantage of. Being a college student on a budget has taught me to take advantage of anything free, one of these things being the services Auburn University offers.
The first reason is because a lot of people want a job that will pay very good money. By going to college, you will have the hands-on learning education you need to start your chosen career. This is a huge reason why a lot of careers require you to have at least a two or four year degree. Another reason why college matters is because it helps students boost their confidence level out in the real world. There are countless things that people have to do every single day in life so going college will help give you a better idea of what the definition of life really is.
College Degree is worth it I agree on what experts believe “that a college degree will help you in finding a better job”. We believe that dropping out from college or high school; we will find a good job and that we will become successful person. Well we are wrong have to understand that if we do not have a college degree, we will be working in the same place with the same salary for the rest of our lives. A college degree will help us to find a better job, have a better economic status, and have different choices in our lives. I have no doubt that college is still worth it.
For example, it may be cheaper to go to a community college than a university. Now that the research and financial aid is done you now know how much you have to come out of pocket with. You also have options to cover this amount. There are plenty of scholarships that can help with these expenses. Once again it’s all about the research.

Some attending college to gain the experiences and certificates that would prepare them for future careers and some attend college to increase their knowledge about different aspects of life. Therefore, good preparation for a future career is a necessity. Community colleges can be an important part of education. About half of the undergraduate students in the U.S. are attending a community college.
Joining the military will open the opportunity of enrolling in college during or after 4 years of duty, Others join because of job security and financial stability. In the military, they can earn their pay and enjoy all kinds of free incentives like free housing, free food and supplies, free utilities and lots more of benefits like being Able to shop very cheaply at any military commissary (shopping store-grocery) anywhere around the world. The basic pay scale is not huge But considering all the fringe benefits, anyone that’s frugal can save a lot of money. Others would join for the opportunity to travel around the world for free. Some also joins with the motivation to serve the country and they are proud to be a patriot.
