Our close relatives, in the primate order are chimpanzees and bonobos. In my opinion, it is fair to say that these groups of chimpanzees and bonobos have developed and adapted to culture. As time has passed, the animals have followed traditions and ways taught to them by their parents or community, just as us humans. The social and behavioral patterns of these animals are learned behaviors and some natural, again, just like humans. Culture, according to Wikipedia is defined as “the distinct ways that people living in different parts of the world classified and represented their experiences, and acted creatively.” In this case, we are refering to the chimpanzees as well.

Practitioners need to praise children and encourage them to succeed in their learning and give them the support they need. Practitioners need to build positive relationship with not only their key children and other children in their setting but also with the children’s parents this gives them a better chance of giving children more support at home. A poor quality attachment would have a negative effect for them as they will be unhappy and insecure this
It also has the anti-bullying policy in it and how we should handle situations and explains what inappropriate behavior is. I think that the benefit of encouraging and rewarding positive behavior through praising is that the children learn good behavior from bad behavior and I tend to see more of the same positive behavior reoccurring when I reward it. When children know that there are boundaries set it makes them feel secure and helps provide children with a safe and secure environment, thereby promoting good mental health.
