Does immigration contribute to a better America? I agree that it does contribute our America. There are many ways that makes our America a better place with immigration available to contribute. Ways that it contributes is through economic progress, cultural enrichment, and enhancement of the political culture. Having a strong work ethic and becoming successful is very important, but caring about other people and going out of your comfort zone to solve problems is equally important. Dedication to helping others should go hand in hand with the dedication people have to personally becoming successful. By simply taking the time to be interested in others, the world could change for the better in so many ways. If people were more open minded to what other people had to say, tragedies such as such as school shootings would severely decline. After analyzing the characteristics Americans possess I have come to realize there is much room for improvement, but I have faith in the American
A.1.a. Pre-K Strengths Because of the ever changing demographics in our system this can be very beneficial and has some great advantages with our program. With more non-English speaking children coming into our system this is encouraging our teachers to learn another language. In return it is helping with the language barrier we are facing in our current days. Our system could also look into hiring more teachers with the added benefit of speaking multiple languages and creating more jobs in our area.
When it comes down to educating minorities, race is used when determining admissions. Race based admissions are used either to rectify and institutions’ prior discrimination or to achieve the educational benefits of a more diverse student body. The argument is, the United States is growing more diverse, and society wants people in professions that represent them, not just the whites, but people of color. Individuals who have been educated in a diverse setting are more likely to succeed, because they do not live in a bubble, but are able to integrate different perspectives and see uniqueness in individuals. Diversity in academic institutions is essential to teaching students the human relations and analytic skis they need to thrive.
Their concepts of diversity have been formed based on stereotypes and prejudices that have morphed into inaccurate thoughts and views, but I know that way of think can be shallow and empty. For my college experience, I was to interact with people who look and think like me, and who don’t look and think I like me, which will explained my intellectual horizon and add meaning to my college years. In the last year several major changes have taking place in America, the First African-American President Barack H. Obama was elected and Sonia Sotomayor was appointed as First Hispanic Supreme Court Justice and both of these great accomplishments are examples of diversity at its finest. Therefore, attending college near the Capital of the United States with all its diversity, will help me gain and understanding of such diverse first

Immigrants tend to send their US dollars outside America to their families, and this strengthens the value of the dollar, making it more valuable, thereby making the economy of US stronger. Having a variety of cultures helps people understand and learn from each other. Taking immigration away would hurt this country not only economically but also

Does Immigration Contribute to a Better America? Immigration plays a huge role in the population of the United States. The U.S is looked at as a place for a new start and a place to begin a new life. The U.S gives people the chance to make their own decisions and have their own freedom, who are we to decide who can have these rights or not. Should Americans really have the right to deny another human access to live in this country?
Many immigrants come to America to have a better education. They want to have this education to obtain a better lifestyle and hope that this education will have positive effects on their American Dream. In America, the only state, so far, that has an affordable education is the state of California, but while they made it affordable to everyone it came with a cost. They could be bankrupting their state because of higher taxes, and in the mean time, the higher taxes are causing different people to find other affordable opportunities in the other forty-nine states. In short
