The future will bring new influences on the delivery of health care services and how patients receive care. Changes will be based on the aging population and attitudes towards the end stages of life as stated by Schimpff (2011). Main focuses are the aging and the rate of obesity in the future, since these numbers are continuously increasing There is a higher rate of elderly people who live past the age of 65.
