Although there are many Universities, I am most interested in George Mason University for its prestigious academic and professional profile of its graduate studies. My perseverance, international education and experiences make me worthy of your institution. Perseverant students are of great importance to any institution not only by having students who want to learn, but also by students who work hard to attain their goals regardless of the circumstances that arise. I have shown myself steadfastness in reaching my goals despite the difficulties and delays that have appeared my way. Every day there are new goals to achieve in my life; every time one of them is accomplished I draw a new one to work towards.

Week 6 Lecture What a great class this has been. We are going to wrap up the class by talking about the organization of the future. Research has shown us that leading companies envision an endlessly changing organization. And, that reconfigurable is a term that describes an organization that is flexible and able to change on an annual, monthly, weekly, daily, or even hourly time frame. Since workers are achieving higher educational levels, there is a resulting increase in the level of motivational needs.
The abovementioned encapsulates the essence that internal customers are one of the most important keys to a company’s success. Motivating and engaging the workforce entails planning for the advancement and/or changes in responsibilities to best suit both the organization and employee skills, talents and desires. In this way, both the business and the employee benefit from this symbiotic relationship. What’s ironic is that approximately ten years ago when I was completing my graduate studies, the same issues that are troubling today’s employers are the same issues we were encountering then. I’ve had the greatest opportunity of serving our country proudly for over 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps.
FastFit has expanded successfully in the New England area over the past five years. I have achieved success in FFA, academics, and in my job on the farm and on my own. I have achieved numerous honors and successes through FFA. As a freshman and sophomore I was part of a state winning farm business management team. We went to the national contest and received 12th overall.
The importance of smart and effective business communication is being felt by more than ever before, according to the journal article written by Garima Barida in December 2010. The article explains how the multicultural world we live in and what effect globalisation has had on the business world, thus making effective communication skills more valuable than ever. The article has a strong theme that “in business, communication is everything” (Robert Kent, former dean od Harvard Business School.) Aside from that common theme, the article also explains the effects of the constantly changing environments. An example is the flattening of organisations structures and thus the increased importance placed upon communication in management roles.
