1) Different Leadership Styles There are many different leadership styles and even the different names styles will vary depending on the person that is leading within a group or organisation. Personality and approach will play the main part in the process of leading a team, and the way that certain actions are delivered will also have a heavy involvement on the outcome. Laissez-faire leaders are much more relaxed with regards to their leadership approach. They will tend to allow their team to make their own decisions and choices but at the same time will be a support to their team. More importantly, with the recognition, we want to be known for our personal touch with extremely high quality of care for young children. We want our parents to read through this without finding it too tedious. The majority of the information will also be provided during the parent induction, allowing the parents to put questions towards the Management and staff. The pack also has a small leaflet with information regarding our timings, a location map, contact telephone numbers, email and website. The reason that we do not put too much information on the leaflet is because parents will not lend to read this. We initially want to attract parents with a clear, clean and welcoming flyer that will entice them to look at our website, where they can find detailed information covering all aspects of the nursery. Our website currently is being completely revamped. I wanted to change the website as it did not shine like I believe a website should. After 4 months of continuous recording, the information that we retrieved from prospective parents, showed a clear outcome of parents visiting our website before calling through to us. As Little Wonders has had a complete internal and external revamp, I wanted our website to reflect this. The colour scheme that we have in place at the moment I feel was not aesthetically pleasing, and needed to be fresher with clear and easy steps to retrieve the relevant
