Since 85% of the nation’s critical infrastructure is owned and operated by the private sector, it is important that the Department of
Abstract Computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems allow public safety agencies to quickly and effective respond to emergency police, fire, and EMS situations by automating the process of data collection, unit deployment, and evaluation of incidents for the best way to proceed. There are several key vendors in the market providing a wide range of the systems to meet the needs of the various agencies throughout the country. In management of CAD systems, it is important to evaluate the best system to use, resolve issues in implementation, and perform continuous development to provide citizens with the highest level of customer service possible. With further innovations providing greater access to information, computer-aided dispatch will grow to service our communities in a more efficient capacity in the future. Computer-aided dispatch has changed the way emergency management will forever operate, making them an agency everyone can trust.
Political competence is what can really make the CC part of it shine and in turn CC will make political competence shine. Political competence is one of the skills necessary to apply good cooperate citizenship. Both are related to ethics. Whereas good corporate citizenship is about an organization acting ethically toward society as a whole, political competence is one of the necessary skill required to apply good cooperate citizenship, which is a number of related skills. Good CC, for example, a company CEO of a HCO defines good corporate citizenship as meeting the growth and demands placed on health companies by society in an economically, environmentally and socially responsible manner (“The Power to Change: Mobilizing board leadership to deliver sustainable value to markets and society”, 2001).

AICPA Code of Professional Conduct Certified public accountants (CPAs) perform a role that is essential to society. Now it is time to discuss the purpose for AICPA’s code, why it is considered the foundation of ethical reasoning, and its most important purposes.
Corporate executives have come to realize that effective security protects the ultimate bottom line: that is, survival of the organization (Harowitz, 2003). Private industries or corporations strive to prevent loss, protect property and human assets. Ultimately, the goals of security are to promote a safe and secure environment and prevent loss. Since the resources of the public police are limited, it is in the best interests of public safety for police agencies to initiate cooperative efforts with the private sector to increase the quantity and improve the quality of crime prevention services (Lyman, 2005; Meese & Ortmeier, 2004; National Advisory Commission on Criminal Justice Standards and Goals, 1976). While the potential for a crime exists everywhere, it can be lessened by implementing certain measures to control a particular environment.
The CEO of any organization needs to not only be part of the policies and standards that present but they also need to be the main supporter of all initiatives. Whether the CEO writes their own policies or buys them of the shelf, they need to make sure they are followed and that all compliance issues are covered correctly. It is important to remember that information security is as much a business issue as it is a technological issue. If all groups work together and abide by policies and standards that are written for the organization then the organization will stand a better chance at being secure. Having a security policy that is easily measured and enforced is the key (Symantec, 1995-2010) to this success.
