One of the biggest disadvantages is not being able to make connections as easy as the copper. Fiber optic cables have a core as fine as a human hair, making it extremely difficult to splice. Copper cables are obviously not going to be around forever with the fiber optics being so futuristic, but they still have advantages over the fiber. Copper is very easy to work with. When making connections it is so much easier to splice the copper cable than it would be for the fiber.
Consumer reports still recommends having fixed line service, because emergency services can more reliably locate you quickly from a 911 call on a landline than from a cell phone. The second pro to having a fixed line is that it is normally cheaper for large volumes of data than cellular connections. Fixed lines can often offer a higher data rate than many cellular networks, although 4G networks may change this. Fixed lines are probably better suited for implementing games or web servers. Fixed lines also have cons to go along with it as well.

In high density areas, there is only a few natural vegetations,which include trees and grasslands and etc, are found within the buildings, roads, and parking areas. So it makes harder for the inner suburb to have a cleaner environment without planting large amount of vegetations.To sum up, it has both problems and benefits by developing the urban consolidation but the advantages of consolidation is more convincing , making th consolidation form as a more sustainable and livable plan
Evaluate the opinion that green belt (areas of land protected from urbanisation) land should be loosened to allow more house building in the U.K. (25 marks) (Use diagrams to help illustrate) There are many opinions on whether green belt land should be loosened to allow more house building in the U.K, some economists believe that it should be loosened, where others think the benefits wouldn’t outweigh the costs. If green belt land were to be freed up then it would mean there could be more houses built. As shown in the diagram on the right, an increase in supply would mean that the prices of houses would decrease. This could be a big benefit for the local economy as it would help first-time buyers to get onto the property

There has two kind of machines an old one and a new one. The new one is more expensive but in a pretty good condition. The old one is not in a good condition and needs additional maintenance but is cheaper. No matter which one they buy, they have to make some changes on HR, rearrange the workers in each step. RECOMMENDATION Buying the old one which costs less money than another.

By designing computer systems that can be added on to with new technology can be initially more expensive than the traditional design way of building a system that will be obsolete because it does not have room and provisions for future new technology hardware and or new technology hardware compatibility issues. The new design approach may be more expensive when first created, but because this new system can be upgraded and evolve, will save the company money in the long run as it will have a longer projected life cycle. The other challenge the IT department will have is at the software level such as, operating systems and computer system applications compatibility issues. Because not all company’s and businesses IT Systems are the same or have not been upgraded at the same time. Operating systems in some cases such as Microsoft Windows XP, VISTA, and Windows 7 are still in use are an area of concern.
