CVS Pharmacy has a product structure and more specifically a multidivisional structure. CVS Pharmacy has different divisions including the front store, retail pharmacies, mail order pharmacy, and minute clinic. The front store offers a wide range of products to customers. Front store products range from health and beauty, office and school supplies, food and drink, gift cards, and medical needs. All these items are dissimilar products. The purchasing/ordering is done from store to store and by the store managers. The demand from store to store is different and cannot be made from the top of the organization. CVS’s mail order pharmacy allows customers to receive their medications through the mail for any long-term/maintenance medications they may be taking. Customers receive these medications as 90 day supplies. CVS retail pharmacies allow customers to come into the store and pick up their medications. They are able to get antibiotics and pain medications which cannot be given through the mail. Customers are able to get 30 or 90 day supplies from the retail pharmacies. CVS retail pharmacies also have the option for consultation with the pharmacist, a service that is not available through the mail order pharmacy. CVS also has MinuteClinics which allow customers to come in and be seen by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. Customers are provided with quality care every day, with convenient evening and weekend hours. All MinuteClinics accept insurance and customers don’t need an appointment. Part B: Draw a
