Personality and moral self explain how and why human beings make free choices. The libertarianism theory has been explained by CA Campbell, who said that human beings see themselves as free agents and therefore accept moral responsibility for their actions. Humans must accept responsibility for these actions and face any consequences that may come their way. John Stuart Mill - an influencal figure in Liberatarianism – believe we are free and morally responsible for all our actions. Today, we Dominicans are lucky to be able to express and write our criteria without being afraid of being killed liked in 1930-1961. The Dominican Republic was under the dictatorial regime of Rafael Leonidas Trujillo for 30 years. Many things have changed since then, but not all of the changes have been a pro. The main changes have been in the economy, the countries social safety, and of course, the government. During Trujillos government, the country’s economy was at its best.
Therefore being Dominicans means that you have a duty to assist in the development of the country. Also being Dominican means defending your country in every possible way you can. Not letting outsiders tarnish the name of your country. Speaking boldly and fearlessly for the benefit of your country whether you are in the support of the present leaders or not. Next, majority if not all Dominicans have a story to tell.

The president of Cuba, Rahul Castro, announced on September 13, 2010 that at least half a million state workers would be laid off in the next six months. The reason for this reduction of workers is Castro's attempt to get Cuba's socialist economy going by creating more jobs in the private sector. Many people will lose jobs that they took for granted under the communist government but at the same time government regulations on many businesses will be loosened in the attempt to boost the economy. People once thought that the greatest obstacles to individual freedom and equality were political. They believed they could preserve freedom simply by changing the form of government from a monarchy to a republic. They claimed that the government that governs least governs the best. But in time, many persons became convinced that some government regulations of society and the economy were necessary to preserve personal freedom and equality, as well as to improve the welfare of the nation. In today’s democracies, the government plays an active role in removing inequalities and promoting freedom for all.
Justice is the philosophical idea that everyone is equal and should be treated the same, with their basic human rights met; it is not universal, and depends on the individual perspectives and situations of each person, and can be influenced by social factors such as culture and background. In legal terms, justice refers to the balance of rights between victims, offenders, and the broader society. The idea that there is tension between community interests and individual rights and freedoms when attempting to achieve justice centres on the fact that we value and look for a safe environment to live in where all our individual rights and freedoms are well maintained. When trying to achieve justice, two main standard values are considered, just deserts and compassion. Every criminal case will inspire people to be dedicated to a certain emotion, depending on the situation of the accused and our personal bias’ towards them and their circumstances.
