INTRODUCTION Dutch psychologist Hofstede describes culture as a situation by which people’s way of thinking contrasts hereby makes people from one cultural group different from the other. It focuses on common set of values as well. Some people see culture as a cause of competitive advantage and stress the significance of finding out cultural alliances because this is a place where knowledge, values, language, experience from different cultures are being transmitted Schneider and Barsoux (1997: 156). However, the repercussions of cultural diversity must be taken into consideration Barsoux (1997: 156). Cultural diversity is a challenge instead of a threat because dealing with diversity is not an easy job. Dealing with cultural diversity is imperative if an organization want to participate in the global market and enjoy the advantage of multi cultural synergies. Due to this, some researchers and psychologists believe that cultural differences brings organization health and competitive advantage Economic insurgence in the new generation prompted a lot of the upcoming businesses to try out different markets around the globe for opportunities and for the purpose of participation in the global market as well. Business measures have increased and because of this growth organisations are now capable of developing better interactions during trade by dealing with language barriers and also due to the increase in cultural diversification it has helped eased the difficulty in language barriers in many cultures. Cross cultural management focuses on people’s attitude in businesses across the globe and also trains employees to work in cultural diverse businesses (Adler, 1991; Hofstede, 1980).
