It is said the number of the homeless these days are uncountable due to having the difficulty of determining the meanings of homelessness. Moreover in this report homeless are likely to experience to become having mental problem. For example, in this study 75% of homeless said that they had mental problem that is determined this rate as high and considering as a serious problem. Also, the study examines that the people who were homeless more than 1 year has been to some health services. The health service includes hospital and community. From this study many there were positive aspect and negative aspect for the health care services. For the negative aspect, the staff may make them afraid because of not enough explain or the lack of personal control. On the other hand for the positive aspect homeless says that the staff treat them as human and listen carefully to the word from homeless people. Therefore this study shows that to decrease the negative aspect people in the health service need to make good relationship. Moreover, this relation of the trust make homeless to continue treatment and encourage. The significance of this study is to understand the idea and perception of the young homeless with mental problem. It is said to be that they are not sufficient with the services around them. However, this report does not provide the cause and specific recommendation for its study. Thus, this report needs more detail. (253
