Essay on Argument on Who Started The WW1 The blame of starting World War One is an issue that until today is still not resolved. Many historians as well as commissions tried to find the country or person responsible for the war but their findings are very different. This issue is unresolved because no one person, event or country is fully responsible for the outbreak of war; it was the actions and circumstances that existed before the war, between the countries that fought, that triggered the outset of World War One. Sidney Bradshaw Fay was one of the people who wrote about the guilty party of the First World War. Fay states that none of the European countries wanted war however in each of the countries, political and military leaders did certain things that lead to the declarations of war and the mobilization of troops.
This had a massive impact on the country as it had successfully stopped civil and political unrest which had previously been threating the harmony of the country. As it had been seen as a progressive force on behalf of ordinary people it received strong support from peasants and workers alike throughout the country. It also proved to the country that Chiang was an able diplomat resulting in higher public support. Nevertheless they were unsuccessful in entirely removing the warlords which meant there was always a constant threat of the warlords reforming and taking power once more. Although there failure of completely vanquishing the warlords there can be little doubt that Chiang was fairly successful in solving this domestic problem and the effects it would have on the country as it is probably that without him stabilising the political and social unrest civil war would have broken out in the country much early than it did.
His account of this war was based on his personal experiences and the statements of eyewitnesses, and continues to be recognized as an important work of political theory. There are some who downplay its importance, citing that it does not take into account the ability of man to change and become better human beings. However, history has borne out that human nature is not able to be completely reshaped and therefore, Thucydides reasoning that those with all of the power will continue to promote self-interest and ignore justice can be
Apart from that fact, it is objectionably inhumane for us to “play God” and decide whose lives we are justified to take. The Green Party takes a unified stand in opposition to the war in Iraq. This viewpoint is diametrical to that of the Republicans, who claim that the war is necessary and that it is reassembling our world as one free from terrorism. The Democrats, on the other hand, stand somewhere between these two parties and haven’t wholly decided their feeling on the Iraqi
However it would have had a tremendous and awful impact on the United States society as it did represent the war as evil and criminal. The US Army always denied that the bombs they let off never hit civilian casualties; they stated that there was not many of them. The journalist's reports broadened, which was still furthering the credibility gap'. This is the state or condition of being dissimilar or unlike between the American military and government and what the American people had confidence in. The broader the gap is, not as much the people will believe.
Although it involved many positive aspects, it was strongly rejected by America, both the government and the citizens. The Congress found it to be an attachment of war for our countries, spend more money and slowly destroy our economy, and it pulled us into European affairs. This war without country seemed at that time very dim. Coming out of a war and feeling unstoppable, maybe Wilson was only wise enough to see that war is not something to be used unless absolutely needed. To protect the right of mankind, and lives of American and allied lives.
Despite the United States of America’s right to vote, a handful disagree that this freedom is properly applied. Henry David Thoreau’s “Resistance to Civil Government”, states, that the American government does provide avenues for change for dissenters, but these are often too slow and unreliable. Voting, for instance, is not as effective as Americans like to think. Thoreau affirms, “The character of the voters is not staked. I cast my vote, perchance, as I think right; but I am not vitally concerned that that right should prevail.
Alexander Hamilton once stated, "Why has government been instituted at all? Because the passions of men will not conform to the dictates of reason and justice, without constraint." By saying this, Hamilton meant a government is required because people cannot make decisions based upon their instincts. The voice and thoughts of one are too irresponsible or unreasonable to make decisions. Mankind needs laws and obligations to live by, not only to keep peace but to protect ourselves from our basic nature.
Can War Ever be Justified Can war ever be justified? Some people believe it can be in exceptional circumstances, whilst others believe that it can never be justified and there is no circumstance in which it can be justified. ‘In the west there is a long standing culture of differentiating between “just” and “unjust” wars’( taken from an unknown author on about.com.) This is a good example because it shows that even in the same culture people believe different things and that different thing makes war just whilst other things make war unjust. The strongest argument is that war is acceptable if it’s in self defence or in the defence of a weaker power incapable of defending its self against a stronger power; in liberating people from an oppressive dictatorship or government; finally where the conflict will save more people than it kills.
It's realistic, overall something people need to realize. It covers violence issue and I don't understand while people judge, this will go into that also, it's more than just a songs it's a meaningful poem about realistic life things. The lyrics say to imagine a world where our differences - religion, nationality, social class - do not divide the human race into warring factions. There may or may not be a heaven or hell, and I doubt John expected everyone to trash their religion, country and possessions, but just imagine for one moment that those things didn't come between people. That instead of presidents and dictators deciding policy, diplomacy was achieved by a fruit vender on the streets of Tehran (Iran) and a window washer in Manhattan (US).
