Studies are being conducted everywhere to help those whom suffer from this debilitating disorder. Everyday, scientists worldwide post their findings in an effort to help one another clue in on possible links between genetics, environments, physical abilities, mental state, and many other aspects that could affect those who suffer from ADHD. Listed below are just a few experts found online relating to ADHD. They were all posted within a month of each other from Australia, France, and the Netherlands. Australia (4 June 2006) - A study done at the University of South Australia has shown that omega-3 and omega-6 supplements were more effective than Ritalin in improving attention span and hyperactivity scores. France (22 June 2006) - Pycnogenol, a French maritime pine bark extract, has been shown to improve attention and coordination and reduce hyperactivity in children with ADHD. The study suggests that this might be a new option to relieve children of their symptoms of ADHD. Netherlands (19 June 2006) - A Danish study has found a link between babies who are born prematurely and ADHD.
