The participants were groups of 85 men, and 44 women. The total number 271 clients only 95% were eligible. What did they have to do in this study? The participants were first interviewed for 1 hour, then agreed to take part in five interviews over an eighteen month period. They received $20 cash compensation. They were asked specific questions regarding frequency of drug use. Personal information was collected as well. What were the measures/instruments used to collect the data? Participants had to complete a questionnaire. This questionnaire was detailed to gather more specific information about lifestyle of drug use. The results of the testing do support the hypotheses through its extensive data collection. The questionnaire clearly targeted specific time frames of a beginning, middle and end. It zeroed in on clients first use to becoming a frequent regular user. This was calculated by days, leading into weeks until first day of entering into treatment. The hypotheses were supported by its findings. What is/are the major conclusions(s) drawn by author(s) based on their findings? Methamphetamine users, and the route of administration demonstrated that this choice among users triggered the drive for repetitive behaviors. In your opinion, what are the strengths of this research? The strength of this research came from the clients who participated. The way researchers targeted various aspects of what Pg. 4 methamphetamine use does within the body. It was the answers given by the participants as only they could detail.
