In order to be successful you must hold yourself accountable for your long term goal. You must practice self discipline, good time management skills, have attention to detail as well as being organized in order to propel yourself forward and to be successful not only in college but also in everyday life. * I: Personal responsibility, in my opinion is what will make or break you. In order to achieve personal responsibility an individual must ultimately be held accountable for the outcome of their long term goal as well as the consequences for their actions. In conclusion, because most people struggle to have a detailed plan in order to reach their goal and succeed they fail. People who fail usually have a hard time accepting responsibility for their own shortcomings and actions, which is what ultimately led to their failure.
