I would really like to give back to the people who are less fortunate and assist those in need of help. My immediate goal after receiving my MBA is to work for a brokerage firm that will allow me to gain enough exposure to the brokerage business prior to me establishing my own firm in Tennesee. I believe that this move would help me further enhance my learning of the necessary management concepts I will need to succeed. Attending the university will prepare me for the actual situations I will face in the corporate world. During college and universities, students have opted the subject that they would like to pursue in their career. Colleges and universities should teach students the necessary skills needed and ensure that they have recieved a strong foundation for career. For instance, learning statistics is really important if one chose to be an economist or an accountant. If this subject is not covered in depth, i am afraid that the students will not perform well in their career. College and universities should also put emphasis on applying this skills in daily workforce.
I have planned to take up ‘BBA in management’ offered by the American national College in partnership with the Northwood University, USA in order to accomplish the mentioned goal. By, 28 years of age, I would like to establish myself as an efficient manager, particularly an operations manager or a human resource manager, in the same company that I would be initially employed as a management trainee. I expect to serve the company with sincerity along with the application of theory in practice. Between 24 and 28 years of age I would take up a MBA in International management while I attempt to settle down as a recognized manager in the particular company I work for. I have planned to complete my MBA by 28 years of age at the most.
It was hard to overcome that initial dismay, but still with a fighting attitude and with the support of my partner, I was able to overcome those fears into positive outcomes by involving in a research and by starting a company on our own in UK, which gave me a real insight of change management involved across the countries and experiences shared by my professors and the projects and presentations developed an interest of doing PHD in my early career of my MBA. The main areas of interest were Global Strategic Analysis, Change Management and Supply Chain Logistics on which I topped the class in Strategic analysis and Supply Chain Logistics which gave me more confidence on attaining an Internship in Centre of Factories of the Future where I was involved in one of the European Commission G7 projects proposals and worked directly with Chairman of the Company for nearly 4 months during my tenure of doing MBA. Attaining an internship , was not an easy part in my University as only 10 to 15 internship programs were offered with a class of nearly 80 students , but with my hard work and perseverance of my goal I was able to achieve an attain an internship with a good project and
