Abstract: Because of the many problems in our country, the government implemented a law or an act that people should lessen the use of plastic. It is known by everybody that it is not possible to abolish all of the plastics. In order to reduce the use of plastics, the researchers tried something that people can use. Since the investigators want to compare and test three different set-ups, the researchers prepared the materials needed before conducting the whole experiment. Milk was heated in a microwave for two minutes. When the vinegar was mixed with the milk, curds, which will form the “casein”, began to appear. After the mixture was poured into the strainer, the researchers took the leftover curds on the upper part of the strainer. The observers began to discern the changes that will happen with the three different set-ups. The research team was so overwhelmed when the result that arrived was accurate.
