The smell of the water and the warmth that touched my skin, when the sun peeked through the clouds, took me back in time to the campground. I could see it so clearly in my mind, I felt like I was there. I sat still, just enjoying the moment. Visiting Halifax was a whole new experience. One second I felt like I went back in time to the 50’s, and the next second I felt like I was back 10 years, camping with my family.
Our favorite place to experience this ritual was at the top of the Blackrock Summit trail. Unfortunately most of my own personal pictures are on my friend’s camera, which is not with my friend in college, but I have found a few from my phone and a few on the internet that will suffice. I enjoyed four nights this past summer with friends in this place, and that is why I have decided to discuss the processes that created this area in Shenandoah National Park. The Shenandoah National Park, and in
I like to do stuff outdoors like camping, fishing, going for walks and taking the kids to the park. I am supported by my loving family when it comes to important decisions in my life. I graduated from Maquoketa Community High School in Maquoketa, Iowa in two thousand and two. I like to keep busy by cleaning other people houses and babysitting their kids while they are working. I am a very easy person to get along with and like to meet new people.
It has many interesting things about what they do and how they do it. The book is fantastic because there are silly things like people living to be 777 years old and there are real things like living in tents. In Noah's world and now we both sleep in tents. Ever since I was a little boy, my family and I have gone to Lovewell Lake every summer. I have endless memories there. Thats why, I’ve decided to take you there. Lovewell State Park contains many winding roads that lead to the different camping grounds. We always camp in the Cottonwood campgrounds.
Brandon Ely English10 IOCPS 10/21/13 PERSONAL NARATIVE Have ever went somewhere and wanted to stay forever? That same thing happened to me when I first got up here and went camping at Greenleaf State Park, Which is located 24.2 miles from Muskogee, Oklahoma. Before I went there I went to Wal-Mart to buy some new chairs and a bigger tent, which was a week before I went camping. Once I got there I kept saying that the park is so beautiful that I wanted to live there. Greenleaf has all sorts of neat little things there.
It is always a rewarding experience to discover an author whose books are a pleasure to read. Such is the case for a book called Crow Lake written by a relatively unknown author named Mary Lawson. Lawson was born in a small rural farming community in Ontario where she spent her childhood. Crow Lake takes place in a remote farming community in Ontario which obviously is based upon the author’s years growing up. The book is centered on the Morrison family who farm on rugged land which had been free to predecessors who were willing to clear it.
