A child’s health care is the important concern of a pediatrician. A pediatrician is a doctor who specializes in pediatrics. They put their skills to use to care for children from infants throughout their teenage years. Parents prefer to have their children treated by nurses and pediatricians because children have special health care needs and those certain needs would only be left up to a pediatrician because that’s what pediatricians are for. Pediatrician can perform physical examination, measure vital statistics, take blood and urine samples, and prescribes certain medication for sick children.
Sarah contacted a close friend of hers to name Diana blue who is a pediatrician and is and atheist to receive some advice on her situation. Diana told Sarah that she works around special need kids every day and see how hard it is on the parents and it would be her best interest to spare her the stress and abort the child. Diana stated that there should be decrease in suffering in this world and an increase of happiness upon us humans. Sarah should consider her child right to live, gods will, and a choice that she can live with for the rest of her life. Ethical dilemma: Sarah has been trying to conceive her first child for quite some time and her wish has finally been granted.
She tells me she has been taught by her teacher things like how to spell the word, “butt” and how to look for leaks by locating brown spots on the ceiling. After school programs should be a place where children can continue to learn and grow within educational boundaries. It should not be a facility used only for babysitting or supervision until the parent arrives. These government funded programs should be taken more seriously by the administrators by implementing a better academic curriculum, hiring educated staff, and promoting higher learning. An academic curriculum is something that I feel should be in place during after school programming because during this time of day you can count on a child having a wondering mind that may lead to danger if left idle for too long.
As a counselor, I should also have and use a strategic plan. Within this plan, I would separate the children and adults to gain and establish trust, confidence, and honesty. The importance of this strategy is help each member learn how to communicate, set boundaries, and respect each other individuality but remain compassionate and understanding of their feelings (Friedlander, Escudero, Heatherington, & Diamond, 2012). Monitoring how the family interacts with one another will also help me develop a treatment plan to help set goals and tasks but I must remember not

The list of reasonable questions could go on and on but clearly there should be a guideline set in place for entering parenthood, maybe it would stop uneducated, underage, and unwilling mothers from reproducing. For this ethical issue, I have chosen utilitarianism as my classical theory that could resolve this problem. This theory states that given choices, we chose the act that produces the best result for the most affected people. I feel that utilitarianism could help to resolve the problem because by setting in place a guideline by the state or government, it would ensure that children brought into the world could be cared for properly, before they are created. We would ensure this by passing laws and requiring teen’s to receive birth control.

The importance of partnership with parents During the course of this essay I will discuss how parents’ involvement in my setting can be reflected into my workshop plan, and how this should include aspects of parental feedback on daily activities. I will also reflect on the how I engage with parents of children under my care as an early year’s practitioner in accordance with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS, 2012). As an early year’s practitioner, I provide a welcoming and accepting environment for children and their families (DCSF, 2008) where the display of successful communication with parents is essential to further support the development of children. The importance of parental role in their child’s learning was recently highlighted by the department for education (2012a), which stated that ‘informing’, ‘reporting ’ and `discussing’ children’s progress with parents and the next step of their child development is of key importance in a child’s learning process. This point has been supported by evidence derived from numerous publications, which suggest that parents generally know their child the best, and are the main educator in the child’s life (Essa, 2007).
Should schools be concerned with parental/home involvement? Introduction This assignment will look at the importance of parental involvement in schools and their child’s education and two of the main areas concerning communication between parents and schools. Firstly, this report asks the question is parental involvement important? Secondly, school reports are considered with an analysis of their effectiveness as a means of communication and thirdly parents’ evenings as a forum for discussion and encouraging parental involvement. This report is going to explore the perceived problems with the current systems with a review of relevant literature and a brief look at what can be done to encourage parents to become more involved in their child’s education.
