When organising a business event, describe the range of support activities that may be required. When organising a business event support activities that may be required are sourcing a venue, checking what facilities they have and any costs involved and then making the booking, arranging for any guest speakers and arranging any necessary travel and accommodation and sorting out the food and drink, collating any special dietary requirements. You may also have to prepare and distribute any necessary documentation such as agendas and maps with directions and information such as parking requirements. 2.
