Attention You've heard that old saying; eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper? Breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day. Unfortunately, our modern lifestyle of rushing from one thing to the next has seen many people skip breakfast. Even worse, many children do not start their day with a healthy breakfast, or any breakfast at all. Is it then, any surprise that we have so many lifestyle diseases?
