In today’s world, a cell phone is a necessity for any child old enough to be able to use it in an emergency. The problem arises when the cell phones are brought to school. Many school districts prohibit their use, even their presence at all times, even during lunch (hopefully, there weren’t such kind of prohibitions in my school). Student handbooks outlaw the possession of a cell phone anywhere on school grounds. Any child with a cell phone can have it confiscated.
The word ”No” can come in many different forms such as; a shake of your head, not responding, walking away, the actual word no,etc. That is crucial part in preventing further sexual assaults. If students are educated on what qualifies as no and the grey area that covers that subject they will be less likely to assault someone. Teach kids self defense classes in which they would learn how to escape an attacker. Abstinence is not the key to sexual education.

In my experience in High school my teachers also dropped our lowest grades at the end of the quarter. Also, now that I am in college a few of my teachers drop the lowest grade or replace the lowest grade with the grade we get on our final exam. This means that if a student cheats on an exam and gets caught, the zero they received on it may be dropped at the end of the quarter.
