While living on the streets he was adopted by an American family who supported him, and gave him shelter. After a few years he ran away because a teacher molested him at the school he attended. At 18, he says, he was gang-raped in prison and, he claimed, killed three of the rapists while still incarcerated. After his jail term he started preying on young girls in Peru. In an interview when he was incarcerated he described how he would commit his murders "I would take her to a secret hideaway where prepared graves waited.

A 20-year-old college student had killed a woman at his Ladera Ranch home and had set out on a killing spree that stretched through the heart of Orange County. He had killed a businessman and stole his BMW. A few minutes later, he killed a plumber and took a work truck. He shot randomly at the morning commuters on the 55 Freeway, which had hit at least three cars. The authorities were surprised at the "senseless violence," which had spanned about 25 miles.
On the day of Phoebe Prince’s suicide, three of the accused, including the male football player who earlier had a relationship with Prince, engaged in persistent taunting and harassment of Prince at school, in the library, and auditorium. One of the accused followed Prince home from school in a friend’s car, threw an empty can at her, and yelled an insult. It was right after this final incident that Phoebe Prince hung herself at home. She had endured three long months of torture and abuse at the hands of these classmates. Even after Prince’s death, the classmates continued to slander her on the social networking website
The first case was a multimillionaire mother who fed her eight year old son a fatal dose of pills. On page 175 Kim writes about how this mother rented a 2,300$ hotel suite that night and after she gave her son the lethal dose of pills she attempted suicide and failed. The second story was about a family in the United Kingdom. The mom was charged with murdering her twelve year old autistic son. How you ask?
Miranda v. Arizona For my study case I chose to do the Miranda v. Arizona. This case’s was about a Mexican named Ernesto Miranda who lived in Phoenix, Arizona that kidnapped a girl and raped her. Afterwards he dropped the girl off near her home. She called the police and “described her attacker as a bespectacled Mexican, late twenties, who was driving an early 1950s, either a ford or a Chevrolet.” He was later arrested at his home and was put in a line up and was identified. “He had a long history of emotional instability and criminal behavior, including a one-year jail term for attempted rape.” After he was identified he was taken to the interrogation room and investigators were questioning him for two hours.
Robert William "Willie" Pickton (born October 26, 1949)[2] of Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada is a former pig farmer[3] and serial killer convicted of the second-degree murders of six women. [4][5] He is also charged in the deaths of an additional twenty women, many of them prostitutes and drug users from Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. In December 2007 he was sentenced to life in prison, with no possibility of parole for 25 years —the longest sentence available under Canadian law for murder. During the trial's first day of jury evidence, January 22, 2007, the Crown stated he confessed to forty-nine murders to an undercover police officer posing as a cellmate. The Crown reported that Pickton told the officer that he wanted to kill another woman to make it an even 50, and that he was caught because he was "sloppy".
The sadistic murders of director, Roman Polanski and his wife, actress Sharon Tate took place on that day. The following day Manson instigated another killing spree, this time at the home of wealthy couple Leno LaBianca and his wife, Rosemary. He directed his ‘disciples’ to the location and ordered them to kill everyone Manson convinced his Family members to commit the crimes for him. Therefore, Manson only constructed the murders, never actually taking part in any of the murders. Throughout the duration of just two days, seven innocent people lost their lives.
Grant, Jr., sexually assaulted a 33-year-old woman on a Virginia beach one Tuesday in 1991. The assault was videotaped by a tourist who (not having a permit to carry a concealed handgun for protection) apparently could do nothing to help except record the crime. The following day, Wednesday, Charles Grant raped a 12-year-old girl. News broadcasts of the videotape of Grant's Tuesday assault frightened many people in the nearby Nags Head community. A young woman named Sonya Miller had wanted a handgun for a while, and on that Wednesday, her father bought her a .38 Special revolver.
A few years later he started dating thirteen-year-old Caril Ann Fugate. After his father kicked him out of the house for crashing his car, he became a garbage man(he was later sacked). Believing he was doomed to a lifetime of drudgery and poverty, he started plotting bank robberies and developed his guiding belief that “dead people are all on the same level.” His first murder took place on November 30, 1957. He had tried to buy a stuffed toy for his girlfriend from a gas station, but had been refused credit. He returned at three in the morning with a 12-guage shotgun, robbed $100 from the till and, after a scuffle, he shot the attendant in the head at point blank range.
