I decided to do my research paper on how is it possible to hit a 100 mph fastball without being able to see it for more than a split second, how do you break the fear of the baseball and, how to regain lost focus while they are hitting and pitching, “Baseball is 90 percent mental; the other half is physical.” Long time ago, as Yogi Berra who was a famous baseball player said this. He has noticed that the mental game of baseball helps him to realize this fundamental He stated, “Mental rehearsal is something pitcher and batter could use to enhance their brainwork”. What you can do is watch some movies and mentally rehearse of what you will be doing in competition. You can plan for problems or map out your strategy and see yourself winning before you actually do it. The mental game of baseball can help you do that in a big way.
