She has a way of making you feel better about yourself. She is a fairly new artist; the song “Giddy on Up” is her newest song. The song is very enjoyable and leaves you with quite a “in your face” kind of effect. Many individuals experience cheating at least once in their lifetime, whether they are the one doing the cheating or the one being cheated on. Cheating can leave you insecure with yourself and usually major trust issues. This plays on both the pathos and ethos of the audience. The audience begins to feel bad for Bundy because every individual knows the hurt and pain that can be caused by cheating. By her mans actions being described she gives herself credibility of an actual cheating situation. This happens because in real cheating situations the same actions are acted out in real life. She further plays on emotions by describing her catching the man cheating with a “blonde”. People who have been cheated on will start to feel sorry for Bundy because they know how it feels to have to catch the one you love in the compromising situation. The clothes could also be a way of boosting the emotions to help attract the audience despite the sad case the song is describing. The lip stick on the mans colar is the epic sign of cheating, which causes sympathy for Bundy. After finding the lip stick Bundy smacks the man in the face. This shows control of the woman over the man. This power is made logical by the smacking of the man. The sas is her expression and dancing leaves the audience with just enough happiness to keep them involved in the video. When Bundy pushes the man out of the window this shows power and force used to remove him. She only follows him to further criticize him for his own actions. This scene is both logical and credible because Bundy is making the man responsible for his own actions. This makes him responsible for his own removal from the relationship. The scence when Bundy has the gun is just another metaphor for her being in control. This is logical and emotional because everyone loves when the woman is able to take up for herself and by removing the man she asserting her power. She further uses humiliation to show the lowlesness of a man who is unfaithful to his woman. This is logical and emotional because a real loving man would not be unfaithful and
