The major issue with dirty dancing/grinding in middle schools and high schools is that parents, administrators, and other affiliates are not approving of the sexually interactive movements between the kids. This “dirty dancing” is defined as a style of intimate, close dancing between two partners. This issue has grown to a much larger definition due to the new age of teens who are evolving into what parents consider to be crude and unethical in many things that they do, one being “dirty dancing”. The ethical and moral issues are broad in scope due to the partial acceptance of this new culture of kids. 3. This issue is a dilemma for some schools because of the ethical and moral standards that the administrations hope to achieve is being road-blocked by actions such as grinding and dirty dancing at school dances. This style of dancing is very much so accepted by most kids, even if they do not participate in such actions. On the other hand, some parents and administration members feel opposed to this style of dancing because it advocates sexual actions and crude behavior. They feel that the children in that age group are too young to endeavor in these actions because they do not have the discipline and self-control to differentiate dancing and other things, such as sex. The main point though is that the adults that are opposed to this style of dancing simply do not want these children experiencing such actions.
