Earl Owens Professor McKinley English 099 4 March 2012 A Very Special Person in Your Life There is always someone who inspires each of us. Having somebody to inspire us is wonderful because it gives us inspiration to feel good about ourselves. It could be an aunt, uncle, friend, or even a spouse. I interviewed my wife because she inspires me. Her name is Angela Owens, and she was born February 9, 1975 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. The school that she attended was Glen Este in Cincinnati, Ohio where she went on and graduated in 1994, which is the same year I met Angela. I met Angela at her grandparent’s house one week after she graduated from school. When I met Angela that night it had changed my life forever. I never knew too much about Angela, except she had a severe mental illness. I loved her so much that I was willing to accept her mental illness. Her overall health was good. She told me when she was a kid growing up she wanted to be a model. Angela’s grandfather was in World War II. Her grandfather’s name was Willard Griffis. He told me that my grandfather, Happy Layfield, and him were in World War II together, and they were best friends. I was surprised to find out about that. They shared the same bunks and worked a lot together. Angela’s grandfather was a captain, and my grandfather was a Sargent. I was told a little about Angela’s work history. She worked at Montgomery Inn, located in Cincinnati. She was a waitress. She liked working there, but she could not perform the job duties that were assigned to her because she was nervous. She worked there a short time because of it. Montgomery Inn was a bar, and a restaurant. Angela went on several vacations when she was a child. Her favorite vacation was Daytona Beach, Florida. She said the ocean was beautiful, and the palm trees were nice. The hotel rooms were huge, and the hotel had
