Argument Essay (9/11) September 11, 2001 will be remembered in the hearts of Americans as one of the most tragic and unbelievable days ever experienced in the United States. The events of this day surely affected every citizen and likely affected every person in the world. Our fellow citizens, our way of life, and our very freedom we hold so dearly to us came under attack in a series of remarkable terrorist acts. The victims of this attack were everyday Americans. Secretaries, businessmen, mothers and fathers.
What happened on September 11, 2001 has and will always remain a devastating event in American history. It has been the cause of a lot of influences on Americans and our views. When the accident occurred and the planes crashed into the World Trade Center, the entire nation was devastated. The tragedy has had a lot of influences on Americans, both negative and positive. 9/11 has had a huge impact on Americans directly.

In the case of the infamous 1911 New York City fire at the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory, it took the tragic loss of 146 lives to help put fundamental workplace health and safety considerations on the national agenda. The Triangle Factory Fire’s loss of life was fueled by non-existent fire prevention measures, inadequate safety codes, lack of proper firefighting equipment, poorly planned fire escapes, and inaccessible exits. The aftermath of the fire would be the catalyst for three key changes to our industrialized nation: improved fire codes, healthier working conditions for labor workers, and increased factory safety standards. Many countries were scared after the 9/11 attack and started to stricken their security. The attacks resulted in the death of 2,996 people, including the 19 hijackers and 2,977 victims. The victims included 246 on the four planes from which there were no survivors, 2606 in New York City in the towers, and 125 at the Pentagon. Nearly all of the victims were civilians, and 55 military personnel were among those killed at the Pentagon. More than 90% of the workers and visitors who died in the towers had been at or above the point where the plane was hit.
Are we secure enough? The last of this fatal event leads to a down economy, that affects every one of us. Since those horrible attacks of 9/11, United States of America lost a lot of money and is an extreme debt. After that the prices of everything went higher, many people lost their jobs as a result of the economy, because of this many businesses are closing out and what is worst is the people who are losing their houses. In conclusion, the impact of 9/11 changed the United States of America in number of ways.
On September 11, 2001, The United States of America and the whole world witnessed the most extreme terrorist incident ever committed on U.S. soil. It was perpetrated by Muslim extremists using commercial airliners as projectiles of destruction. The attacks on September 11, 2001 left nearly three thousand people dead. Following the attacks there was much speculation as to why these attacks were not prevented from happening. In the months following the attacks, President Bush assigned Attorney General Ashcroft the task of producing legislation to assist the U.S. intelligence and law enforcement community to prevent such of an atrocity from occurring again.
