If it works in baseball then logic says that it works in other businesses also so the company that has the money to throw at a political figure that will intern get him his office; should most definitely do spend the money as a business investment. Now the government should have no hold on how much on figure can spend on his or her campaign. They should also not care where the money came from as long as it came from a legal transaction, which the government could decide what and what is not a legal transaction. But since when is a gift an illegal transaction? The U.S. Supreme Court ruling is just, in my opinion.
Although the second amendment protects these people, it is wrong to use their freedom of speech to bash another race on the media. Television viewers should not watch this network and boycott anything that has to do with Fox
Dexter throughout the show lives by Harry’s rules. Different ethical philosophies such as Divine Command Theory and Economic Ethical Theory would have contradicting views on Dexter’s actions. This paper will discuss Dexter’s actions and how they are perceived in different ethical theories. Economic Ethical Theory is based on Consequentialist Theory. “Economists are ethical consequentialists: we judge actions and policies solely on the basis of their consequences/outcomes.” (Morey 4).
That patriotism is illustrated in this quote by George Washington, "It must be laid down as a primary position and the basis of our (democratic) system, that every citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal service to the defense of it" (Moore). Although not completely relevant to events of today it still emphasizes the fact that we as Americans need to serve our country if we expect the government to serve us. With talks of the reinstatement of the draft, there also comes some changes to the types of duties that the draftees would perform.
The speaker's assertion is about the censureship of artistic works or historical displays by the government.According to the speaker, govenrment should not censure artistic works.Although ,some people believe that arts should provide education and enlightenment to society,I agree with the speaker's contention as such behavior borders on thought control and impinges on freedom of speach. To support this viewpoint, a free society is based on the principle that each and every individual has the right to decide what art or entertainment he or she want to receive or create. Art is about feelings, both bad and good ones, so art can not be censored, it will restrict the feelings of artists. Censorship in art never works. One way or another, in a society of instant communication like ours, people are always ready to see controversial and objectionable works.

An example of these was the non importation movement. In this movement, Americans stopped buying goods from the British goods as a protest against stamp tax. This action was not defiant in nature and did not call for punishment from the British government. On the contrary, it put a lot of pressure on the government and forced it to react by repealing the stamp act (Greene & Pole, 2004). Violent reactions were, therefore, not effective as they received violent reaction from the government and did not bring the desired change to the colonists.

Firstly, a legal graffiti wall would discourage graffiti vandalism by encouraging artists to display their work in a formal showcase. It would reduce unwanted graffiti in the community, which is what the city wants. Graffiti is not vandalism. The only difference between these two is permission. And that permission can be granted by providing graffiti artists with a legal place to do graffiti.
