So the only way to fix this problem was to start a system of eradication of Jews. This was the cause of the Holocaust. By 1945, the Germans and their collaborators killed nearly two out of every three European Jews as part of the Nazi policy to murder the Jews of Europe. He hated Jewish people, gypsies, homosexuals, disabled people and twins. He wanted to direct German aggression off the government and used those groups of people as scapegoats, causing one of the greatest tragedies in history.

Throughout the Second World War the chancellor of Germany allowed the brutal murderers of over six million Jewish German citizens. The killing of the innocent people took place in concentration camps in the span of a few years. Two infamous death camps were Auschwitz two Birkenau and Mauthausen. Even though Birkenau and Muahthausen had differences, they both are historically some of the worst concentration camps of the Holocaust.
The Holocaust began after a Jewish youth from Germany shot a German diplomat living in Paris. Hitler then violently persecuted Jews, using the event as an excuse. The Holocaust began with Kristallnacht, when Nazi troopers destroyed Jewish-owned property in Germany. As a result of Kristallnacht, many Jews fled Europe and went overseas to places like the U.S.A. After Kristallnacht, Hitler ordered all Jews to be segregated into ghettos, which were living areas specifically for Jews. Hitler hoped the Jews would die of starvation or from disease as the ghettos had horrible conditions.

The Holocaust is an evil many cannot forget, I recently seen a documentary of the holocaust. The events that took place during the holocaust were villainous in my opinion. The Nazis murdered millions of Jews, children, gypsies, homosexuals, Jehovah’s witnesses, disabled persons and anyone who appeared inferior, deemed useless or a detriment in the Nazis eyes. Nazis killed millions of people to turn Germany into a world power and create a ‘Master Race’. At the beginning of the holocaust outcasts were removed from their homes and banned from normal day to day society.
In the years before the “outbreak” of the war, the SS, and police officials incarcerated the Jews, Roma, and the other victims of ethnic and racial hatred in the camps. During World War II, many concentration camps were established and being used in several areas. An immense amount of citizens were murdered (Merriam) and put to work in these camps. The people in these camps were not free. They were worked to death by the Nazis. The Germans had no tolerance for any of them and stripped them of their belongings and put them to work immediately.
As a result, Jews were murdered, abused, and emotionally scarred because of who they were, and the way the looked. In general, hatred and discrimination caused the holocaust. First, Nazis were murderers. They stole the lives of many people. Approximately six million Jews were killed.
The St. Louis was forced to turn around and head back to Europe. There was also discrimination against Jewish people in Europe, especially Germany. The Holocaust was the systematic, bureaucratic, state-sponsored persecution and murder of approximately six million Jews by the Nazi regime and its collaborators. Why this discrimination occurred was because Hitler hated Jewish people and blamed them for Germany losing World War I. He considered Jewish people to be less than human.
