Thesis: To assess the causes and effects of the horrible starvation in the Horn of Africa
        The food drought in the Horn of Africa is terrible and unrealistic

        There are several causes to the bad starvation in Africa
        A. Constant war caused crop failures, and a lack of food
        B. Aid countries donated substantial amounts of money but help came too late

          Solutions need to be looked at to ease the famine in the Horn of Africa
        A. Re-structuring the government and economic system would make buying food simpler

The Horn's Hunger
The Horn of Africa is home to millions of people, yet sadly, home is somewhere where these people do not want to be. For up to six months, because of the severe famine problem in the horn, families were forced to evacuate their homes and live in camps, surviving on nothing more than the clothes on their backs. One man, who was effected by the terrible food drought, told of how he lost his livestock, his farm, and now all he does is beg. To get a true insight on how bad the starvation is, it is necessary to evaluate the causes and effects of the horrible hunger issue in the Horn of Africa, and possible solutions to the heartbreaking famine dilemma.
