The Castor Enhanced plan can be overhaul to fit the need of the employees. Some of the services can be removed which will help cut some of the cost. Then the plan can work for the companies with paying a little lower premium for each employee and the cost will be weigh out with a healthy person not going to the doctor as much and paying the same cost. .Castor Collins need a health plan to service the employees to locate the problem that needs to be treated and cut the time from them being absent from work. Bridget Hutchings - 228303 EST1 - Task 310.2.1-05 The attitude of Company Q towards social responsibility seems to be decreased by the pressure of profit loss. They closed 2 stores recently due to the fact that they were continually losing money. This not only creates a problem for the employee's that worked there, but also for the customers who frequented the stores. By improving their ethical makeup they could not only improve their profits, but it would also help the relationship with their employees and customers grow. There are a few things that Company Q could work on and change to create a better enviroment for the community.

With a focus on preventative measures, such as family planning services and health screenings, the financial and other burdens disease and poor health create for the patient, family, and region are lessened (NCPP, 2009). While many of the patients that were treated had multiple comorbidities, the clinic staff strives to overcome costly and perhaps deadly complications by providing services, including educating clients, at little to no cost to minimize economic strain and maximize health benefits. Because of an increase in the lack of insurance availabilities to this population, clinics such as this will have a positive impact not just for those it serves directly, but to the region as a whole. This was evident at my day at the clinic by being able to participate, learn, and synthesize what a positive impact services like this provide for so many that are in need.

Overstaff will cause employees of the restaurant to remain idle and the restaurant needs to take steps to reduce head count such as layoff or early retirement plan. A society we must respect those individual rights. As a manager at Kudler Fine Foods, I would expect that employees and customers are respected and recognized individually. My focus would not be on what may be most beneficial to society or the grocery industry in general, but on what is most beneficial to my internal and external customers. For example, some managers may believe that it is a waste of resources to offer free food samples. When looking at the bottom line, this practice takes an employee away from working the register or counter as well as increases the costs associated with providing goods for no profit.
The healthcare facilitiy where I work is busiest during morning hours earlier in the work week. L ater in the work week, usually on Thursdays and Fridays the staff prepares for the upcoming work week by tracking our busiest hours, and doing what we can allow for more time for direct patient care. We make sure supplies are stocked, order additional supplies, access staffing needs, and sometimes even plan potluck lunches so we do not have to leave the facility for lunches during those critical hours. There are several methods of improving productivity that may seem like small measures but save time and money. By observing productive and non-productive time a manager can reasses staffing on an hourly, weekly, quarterly, or annual basis, minimizing cost for the facility.
First the pro side, the first main issue is the fact that the 32 million Americans that don’t have health care will now have access to health care coverage. Many Americans can’t afford health care coverage and this policy lowers the cost so that more Americans will have the opportunity to get the coverage they need. Another pro is that people with preexisting conditions can no longer be denied coverage. Insurance companies have been getting away with denying people the coverage they need because they either get sick or because they have a preexisting condition and this policy puts an end to all of that. Lastly, the amount of personal bankruptcies will be reduced.

This paper will address every aspect of older individuals’ lives as they have a downward spiral as a result of losing their functionality. Significance Younger individuals do not give it a second thought concerning jogging around the block, reading a book, or cooking dinner. In some cases older individuals also take these simple tasks for granted.
