Woman as a Leader

Women must be given a chance and be respected as a leader of a group or organization because like man they have the quality of a good leader. In 1908 democratically elected females is zero while in year 2008 females that are elected is 44,000. According to Jane Galvin Lewis “You don’t have to be anti-man to be pro-woman.“ Gender is not a basis of being a leader but almost of the people choose man as a leader. A good example of this are the Chinese, they prefer to have a son instead of a daughter because for them female doesn’t have the ability to run a business. But for me woman can be a good leader like man. Women are more disciplined than men, they are dedicated and more compassionate, relating and relationships are also important to them. Women are more disciplined than men. Being a leader doesn’t look at what gender you are but of the qualities you have, so don’t judge a woman if she is the one leading you but instead you should salute her that she can handle and guide the group to success. When we compared women to men they are more disciplined and focused in terms of work. As I asked a lady president of SSG in her time in high school she said that she can say that she is more productive than those male presidents before her because girls are more disciplined and with this disciplined they finished their projects and activities on time. Women are dedicated and more compassionate.We all know that women are more emotional than men so it means that women have the art for their job and to the people she was leading to. Being dedicated and compassionate of women to their work or task of being a leader means that she is not self-centered, she is open for suggestions of her subordinates and she is concerned of how they feel, this is the factors she considered in coming up into a decision.
