Habit # 1 Be Proactive To my understanding being proactive is someone who engages in participating in active involvement of an activity. It’s up you in what you do the choices we make can ether benefit us or make matters worse. So if I know that I’m not up to par in physical readiness, I have to make a decision in getting myself to where I need to be. You know one can force you to help yourself; you got to want it desire it get motivated about get the stepping and get it done. This reflects to Habit # 1 expresses which states we are free to use the space between stimulus and response to make choices that best reflect our values. I’m one that would blame one that blames my action on other things I have no control over like weather condition, my car breaks down, being unemployed, which is what Habit # 1 talks about people who are in a reactive state as a tendency to put blame things we have no control over on; it like someone with a genetic, psychic, and environmental determents. If we allow ourselves to late uncontrollable occurrence prevent us from moving forward we delay restructure of building our lives up to improving our ability to increase a positive outlook on life as a whole. Habit # 2 Begin with the End in Mind If you set a goal stick with it, don’t let others discourage or be discourage when things get a little difficult, you have push your and be a leader in determination to achieve that goal. Taking out what not effective in goal setting and replacing it with what is more enhancing to what you are trying to accomplish. Setting principles and guide lines will help you in your goal setting. Let’s say I’m a manager of Navy Federal Credit Union, and I want let employees no my expectation, so I write a mission statement reflecting what is expected of Navy Federal Credit Union and Employees.
