William Shakespeare William John Shakespeare, the best English language writer ever was born in 1564 in England, and died in 1616. William Shakespeare was once the greatest poet writer and playwright in the world. He caused many arguments, earned plentiful praises, but he greatly impacted the world in areas of literature, culture, art, theatre, and film. The great English poem writer William Shakespeare was a famous sonnet writer, he wrote 154 sonnets-sonnets is a form of poetry writing in Europe that uses fourteen lines. Some quotes in Shakespeare's sonnets are spoken today "Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?" his sonnets include passages of time, mortality, love and beauty. Some of Shakespeare's quotes in his poems have become spoken in some people's daily life, such as the expression "it's Greek to me" and the expression for lovers, such as "love is blind, and lovers cannot see". William Shakespeare was a famous playwright too, but most of his work was published in 1623, seven years after his death. His plays form one of literatures greatest legacies, the main themes of his plays were mostly about history, tragedy, and comedy. William Shakespeare quotes such as " To be, or not to be: that is the question" and "O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo?" form some of literature's most celebrated lines, and daily catch phrases. William Shakespeare made the greatest English literature, in the field of poet and plays. He was an English poet writer and playwright. In my opinion William Shakespeare was best in playwright, were he wrote Romeo and Juliet the greatest love story
