Good leadership Being a manager means you must have self-discipline and leadership skills. If you can't lead then you shouldn't be in charge. Good leadership means being communicative, diplomatic but at the same time courageous to say what you think. Being a leader means you won't be inconsistent just to be Mr. or Mrs. Popular. You will gain more respect by sticking to your instincts, doing what you believe is right but not being so rigid that you can't revise your opinions.
It is important to keep a balance of the important things in one’s life otherwise, weaknesses can be developed that shadows over a person’s natural strength to prioritize. A balance of the important things in one’s life is what allows personal success to be achieved. Successfulness is the ability to seize new opportunities and explore new paths in life. Balance is the key to success because when there is balance in one’s life there is a cut back of stress, which makes room for the ability to thrive; and a person’s ability to thrive is what carries them to their personal success. To be successful is to understand what is important to you, to recognize your weaknesses without hiding behind them, to strive for balance as well as open new doors in life.

If we cannot show other people that we are honest in our words and actions then who will be willing to follow us? Being a leader you must think about those who are looking up to you and following you not just about yourself. A leader needs to realize that if they are not an honest leader then they could get themselves and the people following them into trouble. Leaders must be moral and virtuous people. They should never take bribes or act corruptly.
To ensure that we are performing to the best of our abilities we have to maintain our skill set. If someone comes up with a better way to do things CPAs should be open to the information and not just stuck in the way things have always been done (Mintz & Morris, 2011, Chapter Chapter 1). Reading the principles you can see that they talk about the others within their explanations, but in order to provide the best service to clients understanding the responsibilities, making sure our integrity is always intact, and maintaining our due diligence (care) in always presenting the best products should be the most important. Additionally, personal affinity, there are certain qualities that are common and noteworthy. Teachers should embody what he or she is teaching. Teacher should be cultivating what you want to cultivate. Generally, teachers should not demand that their students practice something that they do not or that their students not practice something that they do.
When one has encountered these stages they know that they still have hope in life. Right Mindfulness In order to have the right mindfulness one must be fully focused on the conditions of the body, speech and mind of themselves. To keep this mind set one must be willing to embrace and fulfill desired goals. To have the right mindfulness one’s life will show it. One will have time management and sustaining themselves from harmful activities.
In decision making one needs to have earned trust so the decision itself can be relied on. If you cannot rely on someone you cannot trust him. Making bad decisions can make people stop trusting you. Respect Respect is something my father has mostly thought me. I am brought up in a way that you should tread people the way you want to be treated.
Be accountable for yourself, you can either choose to succeed or fail.
