These quotes is relevant to me that in every fault or failure I make I don’t have to be defensive about it but accept these mistakes and to use them as stepping stone to improve myself and change for the better. “Well done is better than well said.” and “Speak little, do much.” [The meaning of these words is fairly easy to understand, but they serve as an excellent reminder to us. The things that we DO for others are so much more important than the things we SAY to others. In other words: “Actions Speak Louder Than Words.” So simple… but so very important to the relationships we are trying to build every day. These quotations are very relevant to me, especially because I am a very expressive or kind of a talkative person.
I chose to be a Medial Assistant for many different reasons. The first reason that comes to my head is that I love to help people. The profession also got my interest because I am a nosey person; I like to know what happens to people. I personally love to help people. No matter the situation, if I help someone, I somehow made their life just a little bit easier.
Other aspect that I think that was good that at the end I was asking questions to the interviewer which showed that I was interested in the job role. This would show to the interview that I was interested in the job role and I showed interest. Although there was many aspects that were positive there was also negatives which we could have improved on. For example when I was keep looking on that sheet for the answer which should I did not remember all of the lines for the interview. The interview would also put pressure on us by looking at that us all the time instead of writing something down to make it look professional.

SEC failed at this due to the fact that their product will not operate above 130 degrees F, and that the requirements would not be able to be met without different materials (The Orion Shield Project, 2003). Due to this issue alone, it caused problems with the project, delaying the timeline for completion, increased the amount of resources used and not committing to the stakeholders. Not only did they fail to meet the temperature standard, they also failed to meet the life span expectation. Mr. Allison is responsible for overcoming these technical objectives as project manager of The Orion Shield Project. Ethical Issue: Before even beginning the project, Mr. Allison couldn’t keep his commitment in regards to meeting the temperature requirement.
Due to this repetitiveness, it is discovered that Mr. Lengel is most likely a firm boss that appreciates when things are done properly. After some back-and-forth with the girls, Mr. Lengel puts his foot down, even harder this time beginning somewhat of a rant. “Girls, I don’t want to argue with you. After this, come in here with your shoulders covered. It’s our policy.” And, he goes on to explain even further with more details, what could have been the repercussions of the girl’s actions.
Communication Theory Barbara J. Walker HCS/320 7/18/2011 Kristin Thrun INTRODUCTION When working in teams sometimes it can be hard especially when you have one person that doesn’t want to cooperate. It also can be a lot of fun when you get the right kind of people. You may find some people that want to take charge and do all the work instead of working with a team. Then you have the ones that are laid back and don’t care as long as they are working. I enjoy working with a team because you get to meet new people while you are working and it makes the time go by fast.
Imagery plays an enormous part in society, as within society, imagery is everything. Shallowness, rather than depth and substance, will always be the order of the day in today's society. However much we try to obey the laws of society, and the pressures that society can bring, there is a certain inevitability about it all. People are miserable, gray, tired, and worn. They are sick of the mounting pressures put upon them; sick of working long hours for little pay, sick of obeying the law when the law is nowhere to be seen for them when they may need it the most.
I have no interest in being a police officer. As previously mentioned it is a 24 hour a day job and I do not want to put a strain on my marriage or lose time with my family. I do not want to sit at a desk day in and day out doing paperwork and I would not want to be on the streets because of the dangers police officers face. Every call that comes in is another situation that could turn south in a second. I do not want to be injured or killed in the line of duty.
Although, I am not sharing the names of the individuals in the files, if any of my supervisor in the agency surprises me in public with the information I could lose my job and trust from other agencies. Writing about deviant acts in workplace was interesting and difficult for me because I never imagine sharing my deviant acts with someone else. The fear I have of losing my job because of the minor theft and reading of confidential files grows daily as I continue with such behavior. I never consider such acts to be didn’t until the writing of the assignment begin. I hope in
