Aside from the class content I learned that I don’t wait for things to happen I went into this telling my group that under no circumstance could I lead this project but I found myself incapable of waiting for things to evolve on their own, I have more of a leader personality than I thought. How did the interpersonal dynamics affect your participation? If there were conflicts, how were they resolved? I am not shy and I was able to communicated with team members well, we had fun most of the time. Unfortunately we did not have a good dynamic with at least 1 team member which cause a quite a bit of delay and frustration, but we were able to side step this for the most part and push on with the objectives.
The importance of a Bishop Noll education this past year has surpassed my highest expectations. It has opened my eyes to the reality of what a great school can do for you both academically and spiritually. From the first day of school, the challenges & hurdles that have come my way have been great examples of what life has in store for me at the college level and in the future workforce. This philosophy is made clear at Bishop Noll, starting with the faculty, teachers, coaches and advisors. These values then get absorbed from every student and it becomes a trickled down affect that empowers us all.
Some chapters that really spoke to me would be the chapters on time management, getting good grades, and working towards success. I really paid attention to the time management section the most. Since I really like to be active and busy all the time, I tend to bite off more than I can chew. I need to find a happy medium between working and playing. I am going to use some techniques described in this section such as scheduling early classes, studying in between classes and when I am studying, actually focusing.
(Einon, 2012) To have a group with any level of success, each person involved needs to play a part and collaborate effectively. In our group 1, most of us were involved from the start of the assignment. As a group we shared ideas back and forth and respected each other’s opinions and ideas. Sarah T and Sarah E set times that the group was to respond to questions by. By having deadlines set like this, it made everyone accountable and able to have their information or opinion written up in the wiki so we were able to move onto the next stage in a timely manner.
My father has always been my support system in my return to school. My father has always been there for me when I needed him the most. I always was in good and healthy living arrangements, so I never wanted for anything. Returning to school was a good decision for me and everybody I would say because the economy is at an all-time low. Stability is one of the reasons why I chose to return to school because I would someday be able to help my father the way he helped me and my family for myself as well.

Voting for me would allow them to have a better secretary for the rest of the year and possibly a better representative next year. By voting for me to go to CASL, my classmates would benefit because we would have a better & experienced leader in their class. I have shown major commitment and dedication to both leadership and my class. Every single day (even Mondays), I am early and ready to learn how to become a better leader. I have also been at almost every single workday the freshman class has had for all required events.
The campus tours showed me that an education in our home town or community college is not the only option. The tours help me to think about education outside of the state. This is a real booster shot for me personally since I never considered going out of state for college because of my low income
Why: I have selected SSG Allen for this interview because he is a recent police trainee this is in his second year on the police force. I feel as if he can give me more modern up to date answers on the criminal justice field. I feel that’s important because I will have recent information on what it currently takes to enter a career field like this. I have known him for over six years and know he takes his career’s very serious and is an honest and knowledgeable
Regan governed with focused self-confidence and he never considered his position to place him above those he led. Most people saw Regan as an honest, authentic, genuine and honorable President, but most importantly he was a great communicator. He showed that best himself in the Farewell Address January 1989. “I won a nickname, "The Great Communicator." But I never thought it was my style or, the words I used that made a difference: it was the content.
