Why are role boundaries important in care work, and how can care workers maintain suitable relationships with their service users? This essay will consider why role boundaries are important in care work and how suitable relationships can be maintained with service users. They are there to ensure safe practice and ensure that quality care is consistent and appropriate for each individual, meeting their needs and preferences.
