That was really relaxing and sacred to my soul. When I learned to drive I was in a different world. Freedom had a new meaning to me. A new found love had arrived. A line in the Poem “car kept coming up, the car in motion [ (10-11) ]” comes back to the basic reality that my car was sacred to me, with all the music blaring and friends enjoying it.
Music seems to also cheer me up. Listening to my favorite songs is an easy way to brighten up my day. In a tough situation, I would listen to music because it’s the most convenient way to relieve stress. I like the tennis strategy more, but it’s not always the best thing to get up and go outside. Listening to music can be done in any situation.
One effective method for me is playing music while writing essays for English. I have found that this type of music is a fantastic way to become inspired and it aids in intellectual development. As a musician I have always gone to music when I am lacking inspiration and it has never failed me. Whenever I have an essay to write for English, the first thing I do is start up my music. Writing is not a challenging task for me but it does demand a certain imaginative spark that I find in music.
