What Is Success?

Teacher and fellow classmates good morning, I’m here to speak about the great work success and I’ll begin by asking ourselves “What is Success?” We may define success as the attainment of a higher social status, achievement of a goal. However, success has to be connected with action. Successful people keeps moving on, they make mistakes along their journey, but they don’t quit, they keep moving on without giving up, and when they fall, they stand up. Somebody said, success is like your own shadow, if you try to catch it, you will never succeed, Ignore it and walk in your own way, and it will follow you. If you really want something, you will find a way, if you don’t, you’ll find and excuse. The key to success is thru hard work and determination and nothing can subtract hard work from success, it only adds to it. Willpower is another key to success. Successful people strive no matter what they feel by applying their will to overcome apathy, doubt or fear. I remember what Mr. Bill Gates said in on of his speeches, and I quote, If you were born poor, its not your mistake, but if you die poor, then that is a mistake. For Bill Gates, success doesn’t come to you, you have to aim higher and go for it. And to be able to do that, you’ll have to offend the greatest number of people and sometimes your good friends. But then, it isn’t just about what you accomplish in your life, its also about how you inspire the difference between who you are and what you want to be is what you do to achieve something whether it be big or small. Never dream about success, work hard for it, because there is no elevator and escalator to success, you really have to take the stairs, as they often say, no pain, no gain. You’ll never attain it overnight, its gonna take years of dedication and passion in your craft. And so as I end my speech, I’ll leave you with something to think about when Michael
